The company is seeking a Software Engineer to define and own the agent experience. As more developers use coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor to integrate APIs, this role ensures those agents can discover, debug, and implement the company services correctly.
You will work with the Product Engineering team to build MCP servers, agent skills, and machine-readable documentation. The goal is to enable agents to create production-grade integrations on the first attempt.
What you'll do
- Treat coding agents as primary users alongside human developers
- Build and maintain agent skills for core speech and voice products
- Extend the the company MCP server and manage agent authentication
