You will define how AI coding agents interact with the company, ensuring they can successfully integrate transcription and voice features without human intervention. Working with the Product Engineering team, you will build agent skills, maintain the MCP server, and optimize documentation for machine readability.
The goal is to enable agents to go from zero to a working production-grade integration on the first attempt. This role combines software engineering with prompt engineering and technical writing to shape a new discipline in developer experience.
What you'll do
- Treat coding agents as primary users alongside human developers
- Build and ship agent skills for core speech and voice products
- Extend the the company MCP server and manage agent authentication
