Join the Revenue Cycle Management Product Team at Commure + Athelas to power the core operating system for medical practices. You will help scale the Insights product, which provides administrators with tools to manage operations and boost revenue through automation and reporting.
The team works directly with clinicians to reduce administrative burdens, deploying daily and taking ownership from concept to production. You will build features that impact patient care and financial workflows for hundreds of thousands of users.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end products to scale and empower operations teams
- Work across the entire software stack to deliver features
- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with rapid execution
- Maintain and scale website infrastructure for thousands of practices
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and workflows
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of production software engineering experience
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Strong backend skills in Python
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions including GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with RESTful standards and relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with a product-focused mindset
Nice to have
- Experience building greenfield projects from scratch
- Previous work in the healthcare industry
- Experience in fast-paced shipping environments
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence software
