Join an early-stage startup dedicated to improving patient outcomes by providing clinicians with real-time data insights. You will lead the development of analytics infrastructure, frameworks, and tools that enable internal teams to make better decisions through improved visibility into product performance.
What you'll do
- Implement infrastructure and automation to monitor product KPIs and success metrics
- Build frameworks for clinical teams to independently review and investigate cases
- Propose improvements to boost data platform scalability and analytics capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on product analytics strategies
What you'll need
- BS in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline
- 5+ years building scalable analytics infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Deep knowledge of data warehouses, dbt, orchestration tools, and BI platforms
- Experience handling sensitive data containing PHI or PII
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing systems
- Background in building analytics technology for clinical or health data
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a startup environment
