HomeVision develops MIRA, an AI platform that automates document processing and underwriting for the mortgage industry. As a Contract Software Engineer, you will contribute to the codebase, extend the platform architecture, and guide technical execution.
You will work on products ranging from workflow engines and NLP to frontend data visualizations. The team values high ownership, clear communication, and collaboration across product and design functions.
What you'll do
- Contribute directly to the codebase and extend platform architecture
- Set broad technical vision and initiate development efforts
- Mentor engineers and unify the team behind technical execution
- Build entire products from workflow engines to frontend visualizations
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack development capabilities with deep backend experience
- Ability to learn and master new programming languages quickly
- Experience mentoring engineers and running development processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Current residence in Argentina is mandatory
Nice to have
- Experience in scientific and numerical computing libraries
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Docker
