What you'll do
- Lead full software development lifecycle from planning to release
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams on key initiatives
- Experiment with new AI technologies to improve products
- Build scalable, user-focused features in cross-functional squads
- Resolve bugs and maintain code quality across the platform
What you'll need
- Three or more years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in front-end development, ideally with React
- Back-end experience with Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions
- Commitment to writing reliable, tested code
