You will own the logic behind the Spatial Data Ingestion and Conflation Engine at Augmodo. Your work involves designing versioned pipelines that convert raw, complex data from wearable AI and spatial computing into accurate, production-ready insights for retailers and brands.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain versioned data pipelines for complex retail data ingestion
- Match computer vision detections to master product catalogs via conflation
- Ensure high accuracy and reliability for consumer-facing dashboard outputs
- Implement rules-based normalization and RegEx logic for bounded tasks
- Integrate LLMs strategically for high-complexity entity resolution
- Architect cost-effective solutions mindful of massive retail scale
- Manage data schema lifecycle to allow rapid iteration without breaking consumers
What you'll need
- Extensive experience building reliable, staged data ingestion pipelines
- Proven ability in entity resolution and merging messy sources into golden records
- Comfortable with LLMs and prompt engineering for data matching
- Ability to choose simple regex or heuristics over AI when appropriate
- Strong engineering rigor with a focus on versioning code and data schemas
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain domains
- Familiarity with SKUs, UPCs, and physical inventory data
- Background in spatial data such as GIS, LIDAR, or Computer Vision metadata
