This position sits at the intersection of engineering and customer success, requiring you to translate business needs into technical solutions for hotel partners. You will own the entire customer journey, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
The team builds on Ruby on Rails and TypeScript, focusing on integrating with enterprise ERP and property management systems. You will create scalable integration frameworks and self-serve tools to accelerate onboarding while shaping the product roadmap based on direct user feedback.
What you'll do
- Partner with hotel partners to architect and deploy integrations with ERP and PMS systems
- Lead technical discovery sessions and design custom solutions for specific business needs
- Build reusable patterns and self-serve tools to accelerate future implementations
- Identify implementation patterns to reduce time-to-value for new partners
- Surface unmet needs from customer work to influence the product roadmap
- Collaborate with sales and technology partners to ensure reliable integrations
What you'll need
- Five or more years of hands-on experience shipping production systems
- Full-stack generalist proficient in client-side and server-side technologies
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and building reliable data pipelines
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable owning the customer journey from pre-sales to production
- Experience building software for industries with complex operational workflows
Nice to have
- Background in early-stage teams or founder experience
- Experience in hospitality, payments, or marketplace environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make smart technical tradeoffs
