Join an early engineering team at Honey Homes to shape the technology powering their member and handyperson apps, as well as the internal operating system. You will take ownership of ambiguous problems, influence architecture, and collaborate closely with operators to deliver seamless experiences for thousands of members.
What you'll do
- Ship high-quality contributions to backend, web, and mobile products
- Build internal tools to improve operations and handyperson efficiency
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather feedback and triage issues
- Influence product direction, architecture, and engineering culture
- Balance speed of delivery with long-term technical excellence
What you'll need
- Experience building and shipping meaningful full-stack products
- Ability to own critical features with high autonomy
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
- Growth mindset with motivation to learn and improve craft
- Strong collaboration skills across different company teams
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, TypeScript, Google Cloud, or React
- Previous experience as a founder or early employee at a startup
- Passion for home maintenance and improvement
