Join Hilbert’s AI as a Product Architect to build the Hilbert Portal, the primary interface for their autonomous growth engine. You will handle complex backend logic for Agentic Conversation Engines and ensure sub-second responsiveness for analytics dashboards.
The team solves the challenge of building deterministic UIs for generative AI, managing streaming reasoning loops and multi-turn conversations while meeting enterprise security standards. You will work in an Nx Monorepo environment, moving quickly from concept to production.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the Hilbert AI Portal for Fortune 500 operators
- Develop streaming, multi-turn interfaces for AI Agents
- Create packaging logic for zero-code enterprise deployments
- Partner with Product Managers and ML Engineers on feature integration
- Build internal tooling for model monitoring and debugging
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB
- Experience designing systems with API contracts and containerization
- Ability to work autonomously on vague problems without detailed tickets
- Willingness to handle infrastructure tasks like self-hosting if needed
- Focus on solving customer business problems through UI design
Nice to have
- Experience building LLM-powered chat or agent interfaces
- Proficiency with Nx or similar monorepo tools
- Track record of building internal engineering productivity tools
- Knowledge of SOC2 compliance and security fundamentals
