You will design and ship mission-critical AI agents that handle busy work across employee experiences. Your code will directly impact daily operations by integrating with tools like Slack, Teams, and major enterprise platforms.
The role requires owning the full lifecycle from discovery to reliable production deployment. You will work closely with enterprise leaders to translate their processes into automated agents and improve the core platform.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production AI agents embedded in communication tools
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems like SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday
- Own the full lifecycle from discovery and building to evaluation and launch
- Collaborate with enterprise leaders to define automation strategies
- Contribute patterns and fixes back to the core product platform
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling production systems
- Strong backend fundamentals including algorithms and data modeling
- Proficiency in Python and Go
- Ability to solve problems in ambiguous environments without strict tickets
- Comfort working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience deploying LLM systems and defining evaluation metrics
- Familiarity with agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and MCP
- Background as a founder or founding engineer
- Experience integrating HRIS, ITSM, or ERP applications
- Work history with distributed global teams and multi-tenant SaaS
