You will contribute to the next generation of Five9’s SaaS platform, enabling AI-driven customer service improvements. The team develops highly available and scalable microservices infrastructure to support enterprise contact center applications.
This position involves deep engagement with the software stack, from design to production support, ensuring reliability for demanding customers. You will work with peers to resolve complex cloud technology challenges using open source tools and modern practices.
What you'll do
- Develop highly available and scalable infrastructure for microservices
- Contribute to the design and modernization of SaaS platform services
- Troubleshoot software stack issues and provide production support
- Resolve complex cloud technology platform challenges for customers
- Collaborate with peers to deliver new features and capabilities
What you'll need
- 3+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring Boot
- 1+ year of experience with Cloud Platforms and Spring Cloud
- Hands-on skills with GCP products like BigQuery and Pub/Sub
- Experience designing scalable applications on Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes container technologies
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in engineering or business discipline
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
