Join a small engineering team at Turquoise Health to transform complex healthcare pricing data into clear, interactive web experiences. You will collaborate closely with product stakeholders to shape user experience from the component level up, ensuring hospitals and insurers can easily interpret financial information.
What you'll do
- Build frontend data visualization components for complex pricing data
- Develop and maintain Django-based websites using Python
- Write scalable code and debug existing programs
- Assess and prioritize feature requests with the product team
- Improve functionality of current systems and workflows
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience with Python or similar languages
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Vue.js
- Expertise in Django or similar Python web frameworks
- Strong understanding of SQL and database efficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to open-source projects
- Familiarity with git and GitHub workflows
- Strong technical writing skills
