Join a new team at Fieldguide focused on automating cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audits. You will build full-stack software that enables trust between businesses by streamlining the work of assurance practitioners. The role requires shipping code from day one and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and subject matter experts to solve complex domain problems.
What you'll do
- Design agent-driven experiences for SOX control testing and audit workflows
- Own complex end-to-end workstreams across the full technology stack
- Improve reliability, repeatability, and observability of long agentic runs
- Convert agent output into structured, defensible audit deliverables
- Collaborate daily with product, design, and domain experts on difficult problems
- Shape technical direction for agentic systems and AI tooling best practices
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping LLM-backed features to production users
- Strong full-stack skills with backend depth in agent orchestration
- Ability to work autonomously from ambiguous specifications
- Collaborative mindset for working across engineering, product, and design
- Willingness to develop Applied AI skills including writing evals
- Comfortable using AI coding tools and exploring agentic leverage
Nice to have
- Startup experience as a founder or early engineer
- Track record of taking 0→1 projects to user adoption
- Experience in internal audit, SOX, or financial services
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Python
- Experience with document processing or PDF/Excel manipulation
