Join the Measurement & Reporting team to develop systems that help thousands of clients understand their creator program performance. You will translate complex analytical requirements into clean software, extending platforms that turn raw data into actionable intelligence.
The position involves building AI-enabled features, including MCP servers, and ensuring reliable data aggregation. You will work in a fully remote setup within Poland, reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering.
What you'll do
- Build and extend measurement systems used by thousands of clients daily
- Develop AI-enabled functionality including MCP servers for data access
- Translate analytical requirements into well-modeled SQL and application logic
- Execute production database schema migrations without disrupting service
- Apply test-driven development and build robust test harnesses
- Break down complex data problems into scoped, deliverable steps
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development speed and quality
- Communicate technical and analytical topics to engineers and non-engineers
What you'll need
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of SQL, query builders, and ORMs
- Proficiency with TypeScript and the Node ecosystem
- Experience migrating schemas and deploying large production systems
- Background in building analytical or data aggregation systems
- Test-driven approach including defining testing strategies
- Working knowledge of application architecture and modular design
- Experience with Docker and CI pipelines
- Day-to-day use of AI-assisted coding tools in workflow
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and the Python data analysis ecosystem
