You will join a small, senior engineering team that ships daily to active mine sites. The work focuses on real features rather than internal tooling, aiming to predict equipment failures and optimize operations using AI.
The company uses an AI-first development approach, leveraging modern models and tools to move quickly. You are expected to ramp up fast and take ownership of meaningful contributions within your first few months.
What you'll do
- Work alongside senior engineers on features running at active mine sites
- Take meaningful ownership of tasks within the first few months
- Contribute to a product that shapes global industrial outcomes
- Ship code daily to production environments
What you'll need
- BS in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- Comfortable working across the full stack
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- US citizen or permanent resident based in the US
Nice to have
- Prior internship experience on a production codebase
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with AI, computer vision, or machine learning
- Background in startup or fast-paced team environments
