What you'll do
- Own problems from definition through rollout and follow-through
- Use AI tools to research, prototype, and build features quickly
- Set standards for AI usage and human judgment in code reviews
- Simplify domains by identifying patterns and reducing complexity
- Document reasoning behind clear and well-reasoned decisions
- Mentor team members and raise quality bars through feedback
- Collaborate across teams to understand partner and operator needs
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience building complex systems at scale
- Deep hands-on experience building with AI tools
- Ability to work autonomously on high-impact projects
- Track record of making fast, sound decisions based on experience
- Curiosity and persistence in debugging intricate systems
- Comfort working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
