Join Joko’s engineering team to enhance an AI shopping assistant used by millions. You will tackle complex technical challenges, from scalable data algorithms to user-facing product features, while driving technical direction and mentoring peers.
What you'll do
- Translate product visions into robust software architectures and implementations
- Solve complex technical problems in new or undefined areas with innovative approaches
- Manage projects from development through deployment and impact monitoring
- Set technical direction and own architecture decisions for complex systems
- Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions to resolution
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align technical goals
- Evaluate and improve team processes and tools for efficiency
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end project ownership
- Proven track record at senior or staff level with technical leadership
- Background in top-tier companies, open-source, or entrepreneurial ventures
- Full-stack mindset capable of solving problems across any layer or language
- Fast learner comfortable with new technologies and changing environments
- Strong analytical skills with a creative yet pragmatic problem-solving approach
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
