Join a self-funded team building tools for mission-driven organizations. You will implement features, resolve bugs, and provide advanced technical support while working with a distributed team across the US and the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Implement features in the core application
- Research and resolve bug requests quickly
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support
- Clean, maintain, and document Clojure code
- Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning
- Contribute to code reviews and quality improvements
- Build and maintain testing infrastructure
- Support DevOps tasks and production deployments
What you'll need
- Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Degree from UP, Ateneo, DLSU, or UST preferred
- Major in Computer Science or related field
- Understanding of functional programming concepts
- Experience with web development frameworks
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Clojure or functional languages
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries

How you'll work
- Fully remote work-from-home setup
- Aligns with US Eastern business hours
- Split shift: 9:30am-2:00pm and 8:00pm-12:30am PHT
- 4.5-hour work blocks with long midday break
- Target 42.5 billable hours per week
