What you'll do

- Synthesize requirements to create effective feature roadmaps
- Resolve performance issues and drive efforts to reduce technical debt
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years programming experience or 8+ years with a PhD
- Proven track record planning multi-year technical roadmaps
- Experience driving large cross-functional engineering efforts
- Ability to use data analysis to explain problems and provide solutions
- Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and graph theory
Nice to have
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn frameworks
- Understanding of information retrieval concepts like indexing and ranking
- Knowledge of NLP techniques including tokenization and sentiment analysis
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices
- Ongoing development in prompt engineering and agent orchestration
