You will own the day-to-day delivery of technical client engagements, sitting at the intersection of engineering teams and stakeholders. Your focus is on translating business objectives into executable plans, managing scope, and ensuring successful production delivery in regulated industries.
What you'll do
- Own client software projects from planning through delivery and close
- Translate scope and objectives into clear milestones and execution plans
- Partner with engineering leads on requirements and delivery risks
- Maintain accurate views of project health, scope, and resources
- Identify risks early and drive concrete mitigation plans
- Facilitate kickoffs, planning sessions, and status meetings
- Communicate status and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
- Protect engineering teams from unnecessary churn
- Escalate issues proactively with context and recommended next steps
What you'll need
- 5+ years in software or technical project management
- Experience owning delivery of complex software engineering projects
- Direct experience working with software engineers and technical leads
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and constraints without coding
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Experience working effectively with distributed or remote teams
Nice to have
- Experience in software consultancy or professional services
- Background in blockchain, fintech, or capital markets
- Familiarity with Canton Network ecosystem
- Experience delivering software in regulated environments
- Knowledge of Agile and adaptive delivery practices
