Speckle is building the data layer for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. As a Solution Architect, you will leverage deep VDC experience to help leading firms operationalize their data and automation workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Speckle fits into complex project delivery ecosystems.
What you'll do
- Lead pre-sales technical engagements including discovery and tailored demos
- Advise prospects on VDC strategies, BIM execution, and interoperability
- Create sales enablement resources and technical guides for the team
- Manage monthly webinars, events, and conference content calendars
- Surface customer insights to inform product development priorities
- Define and document the enterprise pilot process and sales playbook
What you'll need
- 3-8 years of experience in VDC, digital delivery, or BIM coordination
- Hands-on experience with model coordination and data workflows on live projects
- Proficiency with AEC tools like Revit, Navisworks, ACC, or Civil 3D
- Comfortable navigating APIs, connectors, and data pipelines
- Strong discovery skills to uncover underlying customer problems
- Ability to present technical solutions to CTOs and VDC directors
Nice to have
- Prior experience using or building with Speckle
- Background in enterprise sales support or solutions engineering
- Experience with IFC-based workflows or Power BI
