As a Solution Integrations Architect at Zip, you will build the technical foundation for the company's ERP and integration ecosystem, with a specific focus on Oracle. You will design, maintain, and iterate on core integration templates to ensure scalable and repeatable customer implementations.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration assets with product architecture and field insights. Your work will convert complex, bespoke customer solutions into standardized internal resources, driving technical excellence across all implementation workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain core Oracle integration templates for scalable implementations
- Collaborate with EPD teams to align templates with product architecture
- Analyze complex customer setups to identify reusable data mapping patterns
- Partner with account teams to vet integration architectures during pre-sales
- Define and document technical solution consulting best practices
- Expand expertise across additional ERP ecosystems beyond Oracle
- Balance high-level architectural design with hands-on API configuration
What you'll need
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle environment integrations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS processes, schema, and data models
- Expertise in Oracle Purchasing, Payables, and General Ledger modules
- Familiarity with Open Interface Tables, Public APIs, and ISG
- Experience with XML, REST endpoints, and standard authentication protocols
- Past experience in ERP implementation, integration, or administration
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
- Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and documenting integration errors
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools
- Experience working directly with product and engineering teams
- Proactive mindset with a bias toward continuous system improvement
