You will serve as a strategic advisor and delivery leader for large-scale technology-enabled projects. Your work involves guiding clients from vision to execution, optimizing Epic configurations, and improving financial outcomes through better billing and collections processes.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives
- Define solution strategy and roadmap aligned with client goals
- Design and optimize Epic back-end revenue cycle workflows
- Address billing issues such as claim rejections and denials
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor consultants
What you'll need
- 7+ years leading complex healthcare technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in Epic back-end revenue cycle and billing
- Hands-on experience with Resolute HB, PB, or Epic Claims
- Proven success in large-scale Epic implementations
- Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems and integrations
- Ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders
Nice to have
- Epic certification in Resolute HB, PB, Claims, or Charge Router
