This position demands deep expertise in front-end revenue cycles, including scheduling, registration, and financial clearance. You will translate complex strategies into actionable plans while mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives
- Define solution strategy and roadmap aligned to client goals
- Design and optimize Epic patient access workflows
- Address upstream issues affecting claim denials and performance
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders
- Lead decision-making and governance structures
- Support change management strategies for adoption
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across consulting and client orgs
What you'll need
- 7+ years leading complex healthcare technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in Epic front-end revenue cycle or patient access
- Hands-on experience with Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, or Welcome
- Proven success delivering large-scale Epic implementations
- Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems and integrations
- Experience influencing executive and operational stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
