Join Avelios to help digitize healthcare operations through a modular software platform. As a Solution Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and clinical realities, driving customer growth by demonstrating value to hospitals and medical staff.
What you'll do
- Analyze hospital processes to identify customer needs and platform value
- Present software solutions with a strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Support the sales team with subject-matter expertise throughout the cycle
- Channel market feedback into product development initiatives
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and on-site meetings
What you'll need
- Profound experience in clinical or administrative hospital environments
- Strong communication skills and empathy for diverse audiences
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and effectively
- Willingness to learn the platform deeply without prior tech expertise
- Very good German skills and good English proficiency
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
