This role requires high autonomy and technical depth, demanding that you root-cause issues in customer environments and contribute directly to the codebase rather than just advising. You will own outcomes from discovery through production hardening, ensuring solutions are robust, documented, and impactful.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end outcomes including discovery, modeling, implementation, and production hardening
- Design and ship decision solutions using ontologies, rules, and graph analytics
- Build missing platform features or workarounds when customer workflows are blocked
