Join Snowflake as a Senior Solution Engineer to help customers solve complex data challenges and close large deals. You will partner with sales teams and channel partners to deliver value-based demonstrations and manage enterprise proof of concepts.
This position requires balancing business strategy with technical depth, engaging both executives and engineering audiences. You will contribute to product improvement while positioning Snowflake against competitive technologies in the evolving data landscape.
What you'll do
- Present technology vision to executives and technical stakeholders
- Conduct hands-on demos and manage proof of concept projects
- Analyze customer architecture to align with Snowflake solutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and position products effectively
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
What you'll need
- 7-8 years industry experience with 5+ years in pre-sales
- Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Experience with large-scale Database or Data Warehouse tech
- Proficiency in SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
- Ability to map business problems to technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math or related field
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Data Science or Business Administration
- Experience working with Global System Integrators like EY or Deloitte
