As a Solution Integrations Architect at Zip, you will build the technical foundation for the company's ERP and integration ecosystem, with a specific focus on Oracle. You will design, maintain, and iterate on core integration templates that power scalable customer implementations.
Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams, you will convert complex customer nuances into standardized internal assets. Your work ensures that integration architectures align with product goals and support smooth deployments for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain Oracle EBS R12 integration templates for scalable implementations
- Collaborate with EPD teams to align templates with product architecture
- Analyze customer setups to identify reusable data mapping patterns
- Support pre-sales by designing and vetting integration architectures
- Define and document technical solution consulting best practices
- Expand expertise across additional ERP ecosystems beyond Oracle
- Configure APIs and modify templates to ensure robust solutions
What you'll need
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS integrations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Purchasing, Payables, and General Ledger
- Familiarity with Open Interface Tables, Public APIs, and ISG
- Experience with XML, REST endpoints, and authentication protocols
- Past experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or administration
- Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences
- Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and reading API documentation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools
- Ability to learn new platform tools quickly
