You will serve as the technical lead for sales initiatives, translating complex customer needs into scalable architectures. Working with business development and product managers, you will guide prospects through integration patterns and proof of concepts.
This hands-on role requires deep engagement with customer engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of the company services. You will also channel market feedback into the product roadmap to improve platform capabilities.
