  • Design cluster architectures focused on performance metrics like MFU and cost efficiency
  • Manage proofs of concept from scoping to benchmarking and stakeholder alignment
  • Guide customers from contract signature to their first successful production training run
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for account growth and capacity planning
  • Build internal assets including demo environments, runbooks, and competitive materials
  • Provide product feedback based on recurring customer gaps and production realities

What you'll need

  • Five plus years in customer-facing technical roles with two years in pre-sales
  • Experience supporting GPU compute at a neocloud, provider, or hyperscaler
  • Proven ability to take customers from evaluation into production accountability
  • Deep knowledge of distributed training frameworks and multi-node topologies
  • Familiarity with InfiniBand, RoCE, storage systems, and checkpointing at scale
  • Comfort working with Kubernetes and SLURM scheduling environments
  • Proficiency in Python for building benchmarks, prototypes, or API integrations
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with engineers and executive leadership

Nice to have
