As a Solutions Architect at Clarasight, you will own the design and delivery of complex customer solutions for their AI-powered Mission Control platform. You will work hands-on with enterprise clients to translate ambiguous travel challenges into concrete, measurable results using modern software and AI systems.
Operating at the intersection of customers, product, and data, you will rapidly prototype solutions, shape scalable delivery patterns, and feed real-world learnings into the product roadmap. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, strategic advisory skills, and the ability to execute light development tasks.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise engagements from discovery through value realization
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear solution architectures
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in travel, finance, and IT
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions directly with customers
- Provide field-to-product feedback to shape roadmap priorities
- Work hands-on with customer data, models, and analytics workflows
- Experiment with AI agents and workflow automation to accelerate delivery
- Build custom integrations and workflows not yet in the product
What you'll need
- 5-8 years in solution architecture or enterprise systems design
- Track record in solution consulting or forward deployed engineering
- Technically fluent with understanding of data models and workflows
- Ability to query large datasets using SQL or similar tools
- Capable of driving hands-on configurations and light development
- Exceptional communicator able to explain technical concepts to executives
- Comfortable operating in early stage, high ambiguity environments
Nice to have
- Fluent in AI tools and eager to test automation workflows
- Experience applying human judgment to AI system outputs
- Prior exposure to corporate travel, procurement, or sustainability
- Experience building custom integrations in professional services
