You will work directly with engineering teams at strategic enterprise accounts to implement high-impact AI workflows. The goal is to move customers from initial interest to deep, daily reliance on AI-assisted development tools. This hands-on role requires solving technical problems alongside developers and platform teams while advising leadership on rollout strategy.
What you'll do
- Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations
- Configure environments and design custom workflows
- Run hands-on enablement sessions for developers
- Integrate tools into real production workflows
- Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption
- Identify workflow friction and solve technical problems
- Design rollout strategies for new teams and platforms
- Partner with customers to operationalize AI at scale
- Lead architecture reviews and technical working sessions
- Advise on developer productivity and governance
- Coordinate with Sales and Product to unblock progress
- Connect tool usage to measurable engineering impact
- Monitor competitive risk and support recovery plans
- Bring structured customer feedback to Product teams
- Turn successful workflows into reusable playbooks
What you'll need
- Strong background in software engineering or DevOps
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams
- Understanding of SDLC tooling and CI/CD systems
- Knowledge of enterprise engineering environments
- Excellent communication skills for all audiences
- Strong instincts for workflow design and adoption
- High ownership and execution skills
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
