As a Solutions Architect at Atomic, you will bridge the gap between customer development teams and internal engineering. You will guide partners through onboarding, resolve technical integration challenges, and ensure successful implementation of payroll and financial data connectivity solutions.
The team works with major financial institutions and neobanks to improve consumer financial management. You will provide expert guidance, create technical resources, and drive product improvements based on direct customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Provide technical explanations and solutions for customer integrations
- Debug complex issues within customer applications alongside engineering
- Act as primary technical contact and trusted advisor for partners
- Educate customers on best practices for implementing Atomic solutions
- Create and update detailed technical articles and public documentation
- Demo products and guide external teams through onboarding journeys
- Process feature requests and relay insights to product teams
What you'll need
- 3+ years in software development or technical support roles
- Exposure to full-stack web development, SDKs, or mobile dev
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Java
- Strong written communication for documentation and materials
- Effective verbal skills for presentations and live demos
- Ability to diagnose issues at architectural and code levels
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Public writing samples such as blog posts or articles
- Public speaking or video samples like conference talks
- Experience with mobile SDKs in Kotlin and Swift
