As a Solutions Architect at Drata, you will serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise clients in the Asia-Pacific region. You will own the customer experience from initial kickoff through ongoing adoption, ensuring successful implementation of the platform.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to solve complex technical needs. The role requires translating business and security requirements into scalable solutions while driving product feedback from the region.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as their main technical contact
- Lead end-to-end implementations including planning, configuration, and launch
- Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Monitor customer health and partner with success teams to mitigate renewal risks
- Configure the platform, manage integrations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Advise clients on APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity access, and AI workflows
- Deliver training and documentation to increase customer adoption and independence
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on bug reports and feature requests
What you'll need
- 8+ years of post-sales experience in SaaS technical roles
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting languages
- Fluency in English is required for this role
- Based in or able to work hours aligned with the APAC region
- Ability to start workday at 8:00 a.m. local time for collaboration
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in security, compliance, or GRC fields
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools in compliance workflows
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory and data residency requirements
- Additional regional language skills beyond English
