Join SpaceXAI to help strategic enterprise accounts transform their software development processes using AI. You will work directly with engineering teams to implement Cursor, designing workflows and solving technical challenges to ensure deep integration and measurable productivity gains. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic adoption, requiring hands-on configuration and high-level architectural guidance.
What you'll do
- Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations and configure environments
- Design workflows and run hands-on enablement sessions for developer teams
- Help customers integrate tools into real production workflows rather than isolated demos
- Identify expansion opportunities and design rollout strategies for new teams
- Lead architecture reviews and advise on developer productivity and governance
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock customer progress
- Translate adoption metrics into measurable engineering impact and efficiency gains
- Provide structured feedback from customers to shape future product capabilities
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solution Architect or TAM
- Ability to work hands-on with engineers while strategizing with leadership
- Deep understanding of SDLC tooling, CI/CD systems, and enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Strong instincts for workflow design and driving adoption change
- High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Passion for developer tooling and conviction in AI's impact on engineering
