As a Solutions Architect at Voxel, you will serve as the technical lead for major enterprise deals, ensuring the AI computer vision platform integrates smoothly into complex customer environments. You will collaborate with corporate IT, security, and infrastructure teams to design solutions that address network access, device management, and compliance needs.
This position acts as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal Product and Engineering teams, translating customer constraints into actionable technical requirements while supporting successful deployment at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT and security teams to map environments
- Design tailored solutions for network access, bandwidth, and device management
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve technical blockers in deals
- Manage security reviews, IT questionnaires, and architecture approvals
- Create customer-facing solution documents and clear architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with Deployment teams to ensure successful implementation
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex IT and network challenges
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Product and Engineering
- Build reusable reference architectures to accelerate future enterprise deals
What you'll need
- 6–8 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise IT
- Deep expertise in TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and Linux internals
- Experience with edge/IoT architectures and corporate IT systems
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders
- Skill in gathering requirements and translating them for Engineering teams
- Track record of creating technical documentation and architecture designs
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise security processes
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with 802.1X and certificate management/PKI
- Background in enterprise device management
- Experience in large multi-site environments like warehouses or retail
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CISSP
