As the technical authority for key accounts, you will define how Apaleo’s API-first platform integrates with customer systems. You will design automations and AI agents using tools like n8n, ensuring technical fit while supporting sales efforts without making commercial promises.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and write clear solution scopes for complex deals
- Build fast proofs of concept in safe test environments to demonstrate fit
- Design and implement AI agents and automations using n8n or Make
- Develop short-term custom solutions only when necessary to unblock deals
- Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expansion
- Create reusable reference architectures and templates from client engagements
- Provide structured product feedback based on real-world technical experiments
What you'll need
- Multiple years in solution architecture or technical consulting for B2B SaaS
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and data flows
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, preferably n8n
- Practical experience building applications with LLM agents
- Fluent communication skills in both English and French
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and present to executives
- Willingness to travel regularly to France and the UK
Nice to have
- Background in hospitality operations or Property Management Systems
- Experience with cloud PMS, channel managers or payment integrations
- Enterprise architecture experience on large multi-site projects
- Applied AI or machine learning background including MCP platforms
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools
