You will design the playbook that deployment strategists and engineers follow for customer engagements. This role splits time between health system partnerships, product engineering collaboration, and internal team enablement. You are not executing every deployment but defining how they are executed to ensure scalability and consistency.
What you'll do
- Define core methodology for inbound AI configuration and IVR logic
- Design repeatable patterns for call center workflows and escalation
- Partner with health systems on inbound AI deployments and validation
- Translate patient access workflows into product requirements
- Create frameworks and playbooks for deployment team enablement
- Identify competitive differentiation against rivals like Hyro and Nuance
- Influence product roadmap based on deployment reality and constraints
What you'll need
- BA or BS degree is required
- 8+ years in inbound technology or healthcare operations
- Deep hands-on experience with IVR systems and decision trees
- Proven track record of building repeatable systems and frameworks
- Expertise in patient access and call center operations
- Ability to own full deployment lifecycle from discovery to go-live
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with digital front door platforms like Orbita or Fabric
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7
- Background in health plans or health system operations
- Prior experience at healthcare AI or SaaS companies
- Track record of mentoring operators on execution frameworks
