As the first dedicated Solutions Architect for Integrations, you will partner with Account Executives during pre-sales cycles to define technical feasibility. You will translate customer needs into clear blueprints, ensuring smooth handoffs to the post-sales implementation team.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales to identify technical pain points in asset management
- Lead discovery calls to map ERP, CMMS, and EAM system connections
- Create integration scope documents and data-flow diagrams for handoff
- Build a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures
- Assess integration complexity and risks during deal reviews
- Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations to prospects
- Collaborate with product and engineering to advocate for customer needs
What you'll need
- 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with data flows and systems architecture
- Proficiency with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and customer success workflows
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to scope technical work and provide accurate effort estimates
