As a founding Solutions Architect for the Nordics, you will partner with account executives and leadership to demonstrate the value of Cohere’s security-first enterprise AI models. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping customer problems to Cohere solutions and leading the design of customer pilots.
You will bridge the gap between Forward Deployed Engineering and AI transformation, serving as the voice of the customer to shape product development. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discussions and presentations for customer calls
- Design enterprise architectures for North region deployments
- Facilitate customer evaluations and technical pilot programs
- Translate business objectives into technical AI solutions
- Develop processes to help the solutions team scale effectively
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to match customer needs
- Gather customer feedback to enhance platform capabilities
What you'll need
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles
- Professional fluency in English for business and technical contexts
- Strong understanding of Generative LLMs and AI technologies
- Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts
- Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with CEOs and engineers
- Experience thriving in ambiguous and unstructured environments
Nice to have
- 2+ years architecting or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
- Experience as a Digital Strategy Consultant or Sales Engineer
