As a Solutions Architect at Cohere, you will bridge the gap between forward-deployed engineering and AI transformation. You will partner with account executives and leadership to demonstrate the value of Cohere’s foundation models to enterprise and government clients in the Middle East.
You will own the technical relationship with stakeholders, translating business objectives into robust technical solutions. The role requires leading customer evaluations, designing deployment architectures, and providing feedback to product teams to enhance platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discussions and presentations on customer calls
- Design enterprise architectures for North deployments
- Conduct deep dives into customer queries and Cohere technology
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilot programs
- Develop processes to help the solutions team scale effectively
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings with needs
- Work with partners to accelerate customer enablement strategies
What you'll need
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic is mandatory
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM strengths/weaknesses
- Familiarity with foundational ML concepts like training and evaluation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both CEOs and technical teams
- Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools
- Thrives in ambiguous and unstructured environments

- 2+ years architecting or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions
