You will partner with sales leadership to understand client needs and architect technical solutions using Ema’s AI platform. The work includes delivering tailored demonstrations, executing proofs of concept, and ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between customer business goals and technical implementation. You will also collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve deployment obstacles and improve the platform.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with sales to define technical solutions based on customer requirements
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits
- Execute successful proofs of concept to demonstrate value in customer environments
- Design architectures that align with business goals and integrate with existing systems
- Guide customers from initial proof of concept through to production deployment
- Create and maintain technical documentation including integration guides
- Advise internal engineering and product teams on technical deployment challenges
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies
- Solid experience with solution design, architecture, and system integration
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and modern technologies
- Excellent presentation skills for conveying complex technical concepts
- Ability to work effectively within a global, distributed team
