Join the Scale Team at Immersive Labs as a Solutions Consultant based in Poland. You will manage technical pre-sales and the first two months of customer onboarding for the Immersive One platform, focusing on speed and repeatable processes across many accounts.
This position requires delivering product demonstrations, running free trials, and leading digital enablement activities like webinars. You will partner with Inside Sales and Customer Operations to convert opportunities and support migration to the core platform.
What you'll do
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on sales qualification
- Rank solution fit to guide sales investment decisions
- Set up and coach prospects through in-platform free trials
- Execute contained onboarding within a strict two-month window
- Provide light-touch integration guidance and route complex issues
- Conduct month-one and month-two check-in coaching sessions
- Lead one-to-many activities such as webinars and bootcamps
- Support migration of Standard customers to Immersive One Core
- Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Operations for efficiency
- Serve as voice of customer to product and engineering teams
What you'll need
- 2+ years in sales engineering or technical customer-facing roles
- Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity environments is essential
- Comfortable working at high volume with repeatable motions
- Confident presenter to technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to qualify priorities and communicate clearly without jargon
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking and security
- Knowledge of information security concepts and compliance standards
- Experience delivering onboarding or enablement at scale
- Familiarity with product-led growth or digitally-led motions
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with security tools like IDS, firewalls, and SIEM
- Experience with public cloud environments
