Join the Scale Team at Immersive Labs to drive technical wins and rapid adoption of the Immersive One cyber resilience platform. You will manage high-velocity pre-sales demos, trials, and the first two months of onboarding for a large volume of accounts across multiple regions.
This position suits professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, preferring repeatable, efficient motions over deep dives into single accounts. You will collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Operations to convert opportunities and support migration to the core platform.
What you'll do
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on sales qualification data
- Rank solution fit to guide sales investment decisions
- Manage in-platform free trials with brief coaching sessions
- Execute contained onboarding within a strict two-month window
- Provide light-touch integration guidance and route complex issues
- Conduct one-to-many webinars and workshops to drive adoption
- Support migration of standard customers to the Core platform
- Partner with Inside Sales to maintain efficient operational motion
What you'll need
- 2+ years in sales engineering or technical customer-facing roles
- Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity environments is essential
- Comfortable working at high volume with tight time boxes
- Confident presenter for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to qualify priorities and explain concepts clearly
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking and security
- Knowledge of information security compliance and standards
- Experience delivering enablement sessions at scale
Nice to have
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux OS
- Knowledge of security tools like IDS, firewalls, and SIEM
- Experience with public cloud environments
