As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical link between Account Executives and prospective clients. You will demonstrate how AI agents can transform compliance and risk operations for financial institutions.
You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and provide feedback to product teams. The role requires presenting to both business leaders and technical experts while handling integration and compliance questions.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales to scope and deliver customized demos for prospects
- Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to solve customer problems
- Present technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders
- Address technical objections regarding integration and compliance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share field feedback
- Contribute to sales enablement materials and demo environments
What you'll need
- Strong background in software engineering or solution architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value
- Comfortable building quick prototypes and debugging code
- Consultative mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or with AI products
- Background in a customer-facing technical role
