You will manage the technical lifecycle of client projects, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to integration planning and final delivery. Acting as the primary technical contact, you will translate client needs into actionable plans for product and engineering teams while supporting sales with technical qualification.
What you'll do
- Support sales with technical discovery and feasibility assessments
- Translate client system needs into clear technical requirements
- Create delivery plans covering milestones, risks, and resources
- Coordinate integration work with engineering and external partners
- Validate solutions through testing and support go-live activities
- Document data flows, configurations, and technical decisions
What you'll need
- Experience in client-facing technical or implementation roles
- Ability to gather requirements and define technical deliverables
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and data mappings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management and organizational abilities
- Capacity to learn new tools and concepts quickly
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, AI, or financial services
- Familiarity with authentication, webhooks, or CRM integrations
- Experience with scripting, source control, or configuration
- Knowledge of quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Interest in machine learning applications for finance
