You will serve as the primary technical contact for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products. This position blends customer support with solutions engineering, requiring you to troubleshoot issues, create code samples, and improve documentation based on real-world usage patterns.
What you'll do
- Act as the technical entry point for developers using Helius APIs
- Troubleshoot bugs and coordinate fixes with the engineering team
- Create code samples, demos, and SDKs to accelerate customer integration
- Update documentation and tutorials based on common user questions
- Automate support workflows using scripts and AI tools
- Engage with the community on Discord and Telegram to gather feedback
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to optimize performance and integrations
- Prototype experimental features based on customer needs
What you'll need
- One to two years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
- Strong interest in Solana, distributed systems, and crypto markets
- Ability to read and write code, preferably in TypeScript and Rust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and action
- Dedication to improving developer experience and helping users succeed
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume developer support via Discord or Telegram
- Background in API design, SDK development, or open-source contributions
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced small team environment
