Higharc is a venture-backed startup transforming home design and construction. As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between prospects and the product, leading discovery sessions and demonstrations to showcase how the platform improves real-world workflows.
You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape solution strategies, build ROI narratives, and support strategic accounts through the sales cycle and initial onboarding phases.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover workflow pain points and priorities
- Partner with Account Executives to shape solution strategies for prospects
- Conduct platform demonstrations tailored to buyer needs and business goals
- Build ROI narratives and business cases to quantify impact for stakeholders
- Apply Challenger sales methods to teach new perspectives and control processes
- Provide field feedback to improve messaging and competitive positioning
- Support post-sale discovery and onboarding for strategic accounts when needed
What you'll need
- Experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech industries
- Deep knowledge of Estimating, Design, Sales, Finance, Land, or Purchasing
- Strong presentation skills for both executive and operational audiences
- Ability to translate complex workflows into persuasive technical solutions
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
