As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with regional sales representatives to architect solutions for prospective buyers. You will serve as the primary technical advisor, managing functional and technical evaluation stages for the Instructure Learning Platform.
Your work includes presenting the platform to corporate stakeholders, delivering tailored demonstrations, and leading technical discussions with IT experts. You will map customer goals to specific solutions like Canvas Career and Impact by Instructure.
What you'll do
- Present Instructure Platform to corporate stakeholders
- Analyze customer goals and map to platform solutions
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Lead technical discussions with IT experts
- Document customer requirements for implementation
- Assist with technical responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Identify solutions for unique technical requirements
What you'll need
- Understanding of instructional design in corporate/govt settings
- Knowledge of credentialing and certification processes
- Technical grasp of SaaS, LTI, APIs, and integrations
- Experience with ETL, APIs, and database design
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50-60%
- Access to a nearby airport
Nice to have
- Experience in adult or professional learning
- Knowledge of compliance training
- Familiarity with RFX processes
